About me
Nadim is a PhD candidate in biomedical engineering at Dalhousie University. Under the supervision of Prof. Janie Wilson and with collaboration with local orthopaedic surgeons, he is looking at how patients receiving total knee replacement surgery vary from one another and how to personalize their treatment to achieve optimized surgical outcomes. He uses 3D bone modelling, motion capture systems, accerelometers and a cutting-edge surgical robotic system to obtain and look at patient characteristics.
